My severe ocd gives me nonstop trauma for basically my entire life, Life has been hell for me since the day i was born.

I did but I got over it, I went away to college and went from 0-60 fast. But since then life just keeps dumping things on me that place all these hard limits on what I can do. My mom moved in with me 3 years ago and as long as she who is the source of my trauma and inhibition lives with me and won’t leave even for one weekend, I can’t date, slay, or even escortcel. I don’t have abused dog syndrome, it’s not syndromic for me, it’s life itself that’s got me on this leash.

yes but i recovered by creating my new sense of self: a pathetic incel coward who deserves what happened to him. that way my sense of self doesnt contradict what happened to me. if i had a good selfimage that would easily be contradicted because good people dont have that kind of things happen to them.
