at 15 i reached 5'9 and 2 years later at 17 still relatively the same height with maybe like a nanometer of growth or possibly just spinal decompression

are the growth plates closed and its over or is there still some hope to help me sleep at night knowing i can slay stacies one day

Mine were closed at 15. So, it’s possible.

Just get them checked.

I’m 16 right now, I didn’t grow a single molecule since 14 until last month which I grew 1 cm out of nowhere. My bone age is 8 months older than I actually am so im unlucky in general

There is always hope tho, go to a doctor and see if your growth plates are open and check what is your bone age

cant get a doctor because of parents as of now

after you grew 1cm did your plates close or are you still growing?

I didn't grow from 15-17, then I gained 2 inches. Doctors will sometimes tell you your growth plates are closed when u still have potential to grow more.

i completely stopped growing at the beginning of 15.

If your growth plates are open and your HGH levels are adequate, it'll make you taller, quicker.

interesting - btw this is the post of urs in a thread a while back im referencing: https://looksmax.org/threads/my-insane-6-inch-growth-spurt-from-18-19-510-64.873470/post-13362821. In particular, trying to explain perhaps a potential cause of the OP growing 6 inches in a year quite late.

Would you say this is in general with years of deficiencies in terms of protein intake to suddenly well over the "necessity," or it could just be average levels to well over the "necessity?"

Well, malnutrition or inherited biology could be the reason why he didn't grow for a while (prolonged plate opening), and then maybe he all of a sudden had the nutrition again so he grew.
