Having a gay son

I am against most of the LGBTQ community, as I believe that most of the different gender orientations and such are mental illness. But, I have held the belief that people could be gay, and that they legitimately might like the same gender sexually.

The situation that always comes into my head is if my son came home with a boyfriend for dinner, not a girlfriend (I don’t have kids, this is just hypothetical). This always gives me an uneasy feeling, like it’s not natural at all. Especially if they were holding hands or kissing. Even in public when I see gays it makes me feel disgusted. Wha are your thoughts? Are gays justified?

TLDR: Idk what I would do if my son was gay, what would you do?
