I wake up anxious on the days we're supposed to meet, spending two hours just trying to fix my appearance. I'm constantly scared she might be talking to someone else or cheating. Every time we’re about to meet, I feel sick to my stomach and almost throw up from the stress. Sometimes I even have to skip work because of how anxious I get.

I've been to the doctor, but they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong.
But deep down, I know the truth — it’s because I don’t feel like I’m good enough for her. I feel ugly, and that belief eats at me every day.

I know I’m not the only one who can relate to this. And seeing all those TikTok videos like “your girl is cheating” just makes everything worse.

It feels like hell to be with her sometimes, even though I love her with all my heart.
