Alright so. The 3D Simulation they did for my surgery was fckin garbage. Nothing compared to Ramieries. It didn’t simulate the slightest lip movement. Ramieris simulation like in @Gaia262 s Video actually have him a rough estimate. Mine did fckin nothing.


I feel like downgrafting will give me super long horse face.


There is just so much that I think could happen which would make me end up looking worse.


Honestly i might dip and tell them no. And ask Ramiroe to simulate the results or something. I don’t think I should take chances here.

downgraft mostly just makes your lower third taller. your midface will be more or less the same.

You don’t understand the issue. In my case I’m not ACTUALLY recessed. My soft tissue is just too big for my face.

My lower lips will also come down with my nose cuz they are attached to it. Leaving me with a longer face and the same problems as before no?

@Gaia262 you think ramieri would do planning for me? I don’t habe 15k to py him for the entire surgery. Do you think I could get him to only plan me for like 3k?

I would ask my doctors to postpone surgery to get a better simulation.

It’s not like one surgeon. It’s a big big team. Can’t name them here.


They said they simulate the results and they did. But that simulation was nothing useful at all.

I'm going with a well known surgeon but I don't think he does planning for lefort
AFAIK he just makes movements based on how it looks during the surgery lol

I'm not sure to be honest, I wouldn't pay 3k for a plan though.

Simulations arnt very accurate of final results there are alot of variables such as soft tissue movement ect that need to be accounted for.

Yeah but mine accounted for nothing. Yours actually showed soft tissue movement. Mine just was gray mass and absolutely no soft tissue calculations whatsoever.

They could have just showed me the skeletal movements instead. Absolutely no value in that what they gave me.
