Norwood doesn't affect your collagen, I think you can mask your hairline with a fringe.

I always had NW2. My hairline just stayed at the place where it was when I was a kid. Too brutal, I've never experienced full head of hair. Gonna have a HT.

Not that bad for your age I guess.

It's pretty common to have like norwood 1 at 21 years old, as long as you don't get an endless sloped forehead I think you're ok.
