It has to do more with shape and hooding than pct

just having pct does not mean you have attractive eyes

Your eyes need to be almond shaped, no upper eye lid showing or very minimun, low set of eyebrows, and a supporting orbital rim/bone underneath your eyes.

Prominent low set browdidge, long dark thick lowset pct eyebrows, long downturned medial canthus and long pfl is what makes eyes intimidating.

And have low set eyebrows for them to be intimidating

I have all that but nct. My brows look very dom and I’m scared for surgery cuz I don’t wana go blind

Mainly stares, normies associate PCT with femininity, so they just say "Girly" and things of that nature, I honestly believe you need a big upper jaw to pull that skin to get the tiger look for that intimidation factor
