its is because,Delhi is over populated with diseal truck exaust emissions and surrounded by farm land.who burn their waste in november and december
,avg life of a person born and grew up in new delhi is probably 55 at maxx on avg
how can someone even breath,i bet their eyes are watering
if they flash a torch in the air,they can literally see air particles

crop burning happens on both side
but yes since indian farmland side is way bigger and widespread,so indian crop burning poisons whole northwest region and the smoke gathers over delhi and pakistan punjab city
