I used one intranasally for some weeks (targeted to neurology) and it basically nuked any sleep deprivation related cognitive impairment while having a stronger energy boost than caffeine. The downside was that I had gastrointestinal issues such as stomach discomfort and loose . Downside with HDAC inhibitors is that they hit a lot of different pathways in the body including ones you don't want.

I was the first human to try the compound I did but in general try to find one with human trials and ideally low side effect rates

Do a bunch of research, they’re most likely cope for height but they are really interesting especially for neurological benefits js start taking a higher dose of butyrate if you want to see how mild HDAC inhibition effects you
