The longer I think, the more clear to me it becomes

We want meaning above all else

This search for meaning drives us in the most subtle and invisible ways without us even realizing

The quality of life isn’t determined by the amount of suffering you endure, the amount of happiness you experience, etc, it’s about the meaning you find in all of it

Yeah, it’s wild how having a real why kinda keeps you going, even when life feels pretty messed up sometims.
Once you feel some meaning in all that chaos, the pain doesnt seem completely pointles anymore

Throughout my life, purpose is what made me strong enough to face the pain honestly and wholeheartedly, and lack of it is what made me turn to fear as a master instead
