Health = Beauty. Improving your diet will set you on the journey to becoming your best self. Dieting can start at any age, so why wait when you can start already?

For you to diet, you'll also need to include exercise. For me, when I used to weigh around 220 pounds, I did HIIT every three days followed by one rest day, then heavy lifting. This improved my cardiovascular health on top of dropping my weight (I now weigh around 160).

For my diet, I cut out all sugars since they were easy to get hooked on. It took me a while to finally stop consuming so much sugar, but I kept a clear view of my goal—that I’d look better than I did at the time. I also started consuming more protein and counting my calories while putting myself in a caloric deficit. That was the key to my weight loss. Though it was a bit difficult to maintain, I finally got it down. As for what I ate, I stuck to these key foods:

- Chicken
- Beef
- Eggs
- Fish

- Rice

Every single day, I only ate those foods and drank water, and my weight melted off. I also introduced fasting, as I’d heard that it helped with weight loss.

I fasted for 12 hours (so my fast would end at 4:00 pm).

If you choose, you can fast for three days before eating again, but I wouldn't recommend this—it felt like my insides were tearing each other down to microscopic atoms.

If you’d like, I can also include workouts to make you more attractive to the female gaze.

You need to set a limit for yourself before your habits become out of control. Then you'll develop a eating disorder.

Puking "influences" weight loss but it isn't healthy at all.

You’re SUPPOSED to eat raw meat and animal fat. Cooking is unnatural and denatures the food.

What types of meats have you been eating, and how much per day. My diet consists of meats like Beef, Chicken, Goat/Lamb and eggs. I eat none of these raw

Is there a reason you only eat once a day? I eat 3-5 eggs in the afternoon or morning. And i eat the meat always for dinner

To enter and exit ketosis. Eating multiple times a day won’t allow that.

All of your gut issues go away as you stop poisoning yourself with fiber.
