Health indicators or calorie surplus for development?

17yo, 176cm, 8-10% bf, 60kg.
I'm moving into a calorie surplus because I've realised that obviously being this lean while in development isn't close to ideal. Now the question is:

Option 1: Do I go into a more heavier calorie surplus (talking 500-1500) and take advantage of the anabolic effects (if there are any noticable) but become more bloated, worse skin etc.

or

Option 2: Do it a cleaner way and only surplus with around 300 calories. This will be harder than option one because it's tricky to correctly track calories in school, meaning sometimes I probably won't hit the goal and sometimes exceed by a noticeable amount, and I'm not sure I would feel too much of a difference with only 300 kcal extra.

Any thoughts or experiences on this would be appreciated.

300 is ideal but i wouldnt worry if you go above that either

near the end of growing stage anyway most likely not alot left 4u. Option 1 is aids, always will be. Everyone knows someone who went through a dirty bulk and it just sucks, fat, no play, and most likely acne ridden.

calorie surplus is possibly the best thing you can do during development

was a late boomer so hoping for potential height growth, but yeah options 2 seems better

If you're natural lean bulk, dont be retarded. It's okay to go over every once in a while but youll regret it

I’d say dude HGH and an AI(estrogen to 15-25pg/mL)/tamoxifen (minoxidil if you take tamoxifen or an AI) to squeeze out what you have while staying somewhat lean and growing hella. If Teriparatide and everything extreme it would be possible to gain over 4-5 inches and with androgens you can ramp that up further. But I’d say you’d be able to gain 2-3 inches if your growth plates were still open. This is all theoretical and not real advice.

Dad's 167 and so is mom, I should be content with 176 but obviously striving for more. I was a late bloomer so I hopefully got some height left, though I'm not sure of 4-5 inches. Don't have the money for HGH and stuff rn and I don't think I'm hopping on specifically HGH. Though I'm considering an androgenic cycle, will do some more in depth research about it soon.
