Yes, but it's the other way around too.

If you have shit cranofacial growth, you won't be able to have perfect health no matter what you eat. For ex. bad bone structure can cause you to have nonoptimal hormones, bad brain chemistry, not enough oxygen (narrow palate and shallow chest breathing), mucous buildup in sinuses...

The hormone imbalance is what causes the poor bone development.

But hormone imbalance itself is caused by poor cranofacial growth most of the time.

Why do you think it is that chad and tyrone can eat pizza and drink soda every day and have better health and hormones than most people?

How is this surprising? Your body is the most active at night, repairing and developing itself, processing and storing whatever information you've gained. It's why if you don't have time to study during the day then at least try and study before you go to sleep. Because then the brain will immediately store that information into long term memory.
