Health tracking smart watches

I've recently had a few health problems so I want to get back into long distance cardiovascular training rather than just hypertrophy based exercises

What is in your opinion the best health tracking smart watch? I had/have a whoop but I can't be asked to pay a bum ass monthly £30

I have a fitbit, works fine for tracking heart rate and steps. It has other features obviously but that's what I use it for.

Most phones have a health app apples is the best if you have an iPhone use the app if not id recommend some cheap watch

Garmin is the best, but its quite expensive
