most looksmaxxing methods are copes in itself, very few things actually work.

and the few things that do work are just copying things you could get from healthmaxxing and becoming closer to nature.

synthetic creams and skincare -> acne reduction from diet
mt2 tan -> mimics real tan from the sun
reta -> weight loss from a natural diet

a lot of these things mimic natural pathways to symbolize health. in fact my skin quality and breakouts have gotten significantly better from improving diet and stopping the usage of this synthetic garbage on my face trying to mask the real issue, instead of the real root cause.

i think the only way to really ascend is healthmaxxing and surgeries and i’m standing by that.

ok so if i am appealing to nature, what is the issue with that? what did i say was wrong? via diet you lose weight and get better skin, and with the sun you’ll have a better tan.

It does, but the aspect of naturality is irrelevant, that it implies the other doesnt make it healthy, losing weight might be healthy but tanning isnt

You also dont understand how skin works, the main driver of sebum production is by far hormones, in men its androgens like dht, in women igf. Thats why theres an almost as good correlation between dhea's and acne in men as there is between shoe size and foot length, its that good, the crazies part is dhea's dont do much, they are just a somewhat good predictor of androgen levels in skin

yeah i also think one time applications of things that are longer lasting like botox, eyebrow dye, or aqualyx is far superior to things that need applied or injected everyday like accutane, roids, skincare
