Just started my first test e cycle (500mg/wk 20 weeks)

If you guys have any other important health tips it would be much appreiciated (yes this is chatgpt, pct is sorted, estrogen controlled sorted this is purley health.)

Daily Essentials Checklist (with Dosing)


Lifestyle


  • 30 minutes of cardio
  • 3–4 L of water
  • 7–9 hours of sleep
  • Limit caffeine after 2 p.m.
  • No alcohol



Supplements (with doses)


Morning:


  • Vitamin D: 1,000–2,000 IU
  • Multivitamin: 1 serving (per label)
  • Omega-3: 1,000–1,500 mg EPA/DHA
  • Ashwagandha: 300–600 mg (KSM-66 or Sensoril if specified)

Night:


  • Magnesium glycinate: 300–400 mg
  • Melatonin: 1–3 mg (only if needed)
  • Omega-3: 1,000–1,500 mg EPA/DHA



Diet


  • Protein with each meal (20–40 g per meal)
  • 1–2 servings of vegetables
  • 1 piece of fruit
  • Use olive oil, avoid fried or fast food
  • Keep sodium low (ideally under 2,300 mg)
