1 large avocado (400 grams)
Two big table spoons of yogurt or nut butter (which ever you like)
Half a cup of cocoa powder (60-70 grams)
Pinch of salt
Teaspoon of vanilla extract
Two egg yolks
5 tablespoon of any sweetener, if ur low carb use stevia, monkfruit or allulose,
If u eat higher carb use honey or maple syrup
U can use less or more sweetener depending on how you like it.
Add any toppings you like, I used blueberries and sugar free chocolate chips.
Now you can bake it or eat it raw, I eat it straight out the bowl raw yummy
And that’s it
