Meal plan with several options:

Daily Meal Plan (Ray Peat Diet)


Breakfast


  • Scrambled eggs cooked in butter or coconut oil
  • Fresh orange juice (preferably pulp-free)
  • Cottage cheese or Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey
  • Black coffee with sugar or milk (optional)

Mid-Morning Snack


  • A glass of whole milk (preferably raw or low-temperature pasteurized)
  • A ripe banana or ripe papaya
  • Handful of dates or figs

Lunch


  • Grass-fed beef or white fish (lightly salted, cooked in coconut oil or butter)
  • Mashed potatoes with butter and salt
  • Sautéed carrots or a raw carrot salad (shredded carrot with coconut oil, vinegar, and salt)
  • Fresh fruit like watermelon or pineapple

Afternoon Snack


  • A glass of fresh milk or a gelatin-rich homemade pudding
  • Handful of cheese cubes with honey
  • Dark chocolate (preferably low in polyunsaturated fats)

Dinner


  • Bone broth soup with shredded chicken and white rice
  • Buttered sourdough toast
  • Sautéed zucchini or mushrooms in butter
  • A small serving of fresh fruit or juice

Evening Snack (Optional)


  • Warm milk with honey and gelatin
  • Cottage cheese with berries
  • A small serving of ice cream (preferably made with whole milk, sugar, and eggs)
