well, if ur looking for progress in the gym u can pretty much eat anything for calories, but once u find urself at a good point in ur progression immedieatly cut them out and return back to ur original diet. Maybe keep the protien powder to maintain ur muscles and dont eat anything heavily processed, even if its protein slopi go to the gym and i stop progressing,also im skinny
