Are rice waffles,oats,rice,protein powder or nuts bad in good diet?

u shld probably avoid rice waffles and some nuts
but if ur balancing a good diet with the rest then it doesnt rlly matter

yea i eat eggs meat fishes and fruits everyday, so it will be fine if i add this food bc i want to eat more calories?

You need to have calorie deficyt and if you cutting eat like 1700cals a day and always eat enough protein and not too much Oil. Mark as solution

you have no clue about his weight nor height to be recommending a set amount of calories per day and being in a calorie deficit has 0 correlation to what he asked, youre quite literally solution farming while not providing an actual solution

i noticed weight lose and stop progressing in the gym and im just skinny asf

Yeah this is why I did it as example
 
i go to the gym and i stop progressing,also im skinny
well, if ur looking for progress in the gym u can pretty much eat anything for calories, but once u find urself at a good point in ur progression immedieatly cut them out and return back to ur original diet. Maybe keep the protien powder to maintain ur muscles and dont eat anything heavily processed, even if its protein slop

time your carb and protien intakes accordingly to when you train to maximize the benefit of carb loads, and just eat above 1g per lb of bodyweight as well as 1g per kg of bodyweight in fat as not to disturb hormonal production
