Healthy ways to improve stamina in the gym?

I get exhausted after doing 3 sets of squat, and I’m too damn tired to do the rest of the workout.

Advice?

Advice?
Workout early in the day, eat carbs later on in the day so your glycogen storages are full the next day for your workout. Take creatine. Eat 100g protein at least every day. Sleep 9 hours
