That you can just put one exercise of the leg day in each day like putting squats in chest day and leg extension the day after that how optimal is it ?
 
They would grow still and if you did the squats at the beginning of every day you add them in to, they would prolly grow almost as much as seperate leg day. But then that would hinder the growth of the muscles youre training after

So should i put them last ? Or should i just stick to a regular leg day

Depends on your goals if you still want them to grow but not as much put them at the end yeah but seperate leg day is better for growth
