I havent gone outside in a week.I get anxiety and stress attacks.I gained 11 kgs in these couple of months.My health indicators are really bad allergy skin gut binging etc.I was sleeping and kinda woken up.My heart felt like it was gonna explode it felt like somebody was hitting my chest.Im shitting my pants right now this is not a joke.Im really scared my heart feels weird rn.Like there is a ache or something.This is not a joke whats happening am i gonna die should i call the ambulance

Eat better and do light exercise, even walking outside for 30min in the fresh air should help.
