It’s not good. I like the movie the good son better. It’s about an evil ah little boy who does twisted shit and his cousins comes over and he starts to try to make him evil too. At the end the cousin and the evil boy fight and almost fall off the cliff. The mom saves the cousin instead of her own son and lets him fall to his death because he was an evil boy who killled his own sibling too

heat had some really good elements to it and a lot of bad elements as well. i think the shittiest aspect of that movie was casting al pacino. not only was his hair a massive distraction the entire movie, he was acting like a fucking cocked up nut case in a lot of scenes.

in a way that seemed unintentional. but because of who he is they just let a lot of it slide. he just looked like he was overacting tf out of his scenes to the point where the other actors were overwhelmed and shitter in his presence.

other than that, everything else in that movie was pretty good.

The bank heist scene is legendary and has the best gunfire sound ever recorded on cinema. Michael Mann seems to be the only director who makes guns seem dangerous.

Same in black hat, they have a scene where the feds hide behind shipping containers and the bullets just pierce trough and kills them.
