Heavy acne scars and acne fix?

Is there any way for me to fix cystic acne scars? I’m 15 soon to be turning 16, and I’ve been dealing with acne since I was almost 13. This shit would genuinely be the only reason I’d ever rope, skin quality is terrible and I have constant inflamations. It’s genuinely terrible to wake up in the morning and looking at my pizza face.

I’m surrounded with people that have flawless skin and the constant bullying I’ve had over the years is pushing me on the edge.

So besides micro needling (which most likely doesn’t work) is there ANYTHING that can help me?

(Before anybody talks about some “Muh shave the pedo ‘stach and the peach fuzz”, I shaved it all off already, it’s an older picture)

Go to a dermatologist and get Accutane prescription

I can’t.
I tried but they don’t want to give me one lol, they keep shitting some “yeah you don’t need accutane, take those pills instead” and they give me shit that makes me throw up everytime I eat

There are countries where they sell it without prescription if not grey source. Your acne is so bad nothing topical can fix it
