Hey guys , im 5'8 at 19 years old which is taller than the average in my country ,and i haven't gotten any issues with dating , but i would also like to see if i can get taller , all my life since puberty i havent gotten a large or a huge growth spurt although my dad is 6'1 and mom is 5'3 .every growth spurt ive gotten is 3cms or 1 inch every year , if i take hgh or any steroids would i be able to grow any taller ? Would like to hear all your opinions.

At 18 there's very little you can do for your height, but you can certainly fraud to 5'10, through MSM+Glucosamine and shoe lifts (1-2 inches) or using certain shoe types like boots or high sole sneakers.

If you're looking to permanently become taller, however, you can get limb lengthening in Turkey.

i grew from 5'8 to 5'10 (at 18 so only a year younger than u) then at 19 i grew an inch so im 5'11 now, maybe theres a chance for u, i was a late bloomer tho so idk

5'10 is good realistically but maybe cuz u live in Germany u think ur shorter than a lot of people while that isnt the reality , i cant really say anything bout the other stuff cuz i havent seen ur face but i would argue that I'm a ltn or mtn at best and i still get women , it's mostly about how u carry urself , also that rating out of 10 maybe u were rated on org but people here dont rate realistically cuz most of them are just incels who rot on Internet forums that talk continuously bout looks , dont lose all hope and start to become miserable just thrive .
