Anyone have any recommendations which ones to buy or is the temu shit good enough

its literally just a raised insole, any source will work. consider your shoe fit more than your brand for comfort

Any from amazon really but shoes with built in lifts are better as they're less noticeable eg boots.

they are all the same almost everybody sources from china so youre good buying off temu / aliexpress
