Height ceiling/potential

I am 170 cm and a half. And il be 15 in 7 months. My Dad was 185 cm in his prime. (Worse now due to posture) mom is 167 (but her neck posture is horrible. My mom could be like 169 maybe 170. plus they were both malnourished (medium to light) during communism. I grew up all my life in Switzerland where I def won’t be starved. Can I be 6ft2?
