Does wearing lifts fuck up your height in the long run? I want to fraud but I've seen videos on tiktok saying having your heel elevated for long periods of time will make you shrink or even stunt growth (if there is any)

just get high platform shoes
I have a pair of rick drkshadows and they give me like 2 extra inches of height
you can get some newrocks and they ussualy have 4-5 foot platforms!^_^
