What shoes excatly would you recommend for frauding? I bought these insoles two days ago, but I can only fit the first insole into my tallest shoes, which are by the way the Adidas Tubular X, without the two bottom ones. The first insole only gives me like 0.73 inches of height tho. Name me some normal shoes that can be bought in Europe, like boots, where I could be able to put in all the insoles, with very high tops. Don't link me these elevator shoes, because I feel like they can only be ordered to countries in the US. I need some normal non elevator shoes, can be boots too, with high tops, which can be bought from Amazon DE or I can find them in my country in Europe. Thanks.

I've read that the insole actually sits a fraction below the highest point of the outsole. So they don't give quite as much height as some would believe, but they do give 3 cm as you said. So now that I know the insole is set at a lower point, if I got this model https://www.nike.com/si/t/air-force-1-high-07-shoe-4S0hkt/CK4369-001, would you say I could put in insoles and get some additional height from that too?

don't use lifts cuz they decompress a lot and will hurt ur feet

airmax720 gives 4.1cm
air force 1 low gives 3 cm + (add 1.5 cm insole) = 4.5 cm max gain before ur heel starts sticking out

I already ordered air force 1 low model and I’m planing to use with 5 cm thick insoles that would add 3 cm to the shoe itself, so I’ll be able to get a height increase of 6 cm. For now I’ve been using the 3 cm insole, which appearently adds 1.8 cm and it didn’t hurt my feet at all. I’ll see how it goes, if it works for 6ft1, might as well work for me, or I’ll just use 1.8 cm insoles then. Still better than nothing.
