Ive already made multiple theories that can create height growth after puberty but the #1 issue with each theory is that although we know how to recreate the lengthening process. Theres absolutely no way to create symmetrical growth or prevent deformities. You see the cartilage at growth plates is what prevents you from having deformed legs. Essentially osteoblasts is what creates bones and we already know how to stimulate osteoblasts. The issue is for example lets say we are trying to mechanically stimulate the ends of your tibia. If you use osteoblasts without growth plates it would create bone length increase but it would most likely just be bumps or protrustions of your bone rather than the whole bone equally growing perfectly on each side.
Leg lengthening or cope for now. Ill keep doing research though
