what if I told you you can grow in height after or during puberty it true you can with with the adaption of bones I originally got this idea from looksreality on TikTok but I researched and tweaked his methods a little bit

So according to wolfs law our bones become thicker and stronger over time to resist forces placed upon them and thinner and weaker if there are no forces to against so in theory if you were to go to sleep with a force stretching your bones kinda like this

your bones would adapt to the forces put against it and in turn become longer and grow in length but this requires a lot of resources and could be quite pricey so what you can also do is when you go to sleep have your legs hanging off the bed

sorta like this now you would need ankle weights on both feet while doing this start with no weight to get used to sleeping in this position then add the ankle weights starting at 2.5 pounds each leg then gradually go up to 7.5 - 10 pounds each leg and put a rolled up towel on your lower back for support THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT MAKE SURE YOU ARE ACTIVATING YOUR CORE WHEN YOU GET UP FROM THIS POSTION YOU CAN HURT YOUR BACK IF YOU DONT

Ive been doing this and ive grown 1 cm in about a month but im still in puberty so I cant confirm if its the method im doing or just natural growth

this is all theory if your really desperate you can try this out for yourself let me know your results

wolfs law is a meme jfl it isnt real.

you maybe see some spinal decompression thats it.

edit:
this will also destroy your pelvic tilt and ruin your posture, maybe giving you scholiosis if you do it long term.

there are a lot of instances of bones getting longer to the forces put on them

Burmese people for example this is extreme but just an example of what im trying to say

"The neck stretching is mostly illusory: the weight of the rings twists the collarbone and eventually the upper ribs at an angle 45 degrees lower than what is natural, causing the illusion of an elongated neck. Neck rings push the clavicle and ribs down. The vertebrae do not elongate, though the space between them may increase as the intervertebral discs absorb liquid."

i know one year lmao but this is a good looksmax hehe their necks do get longer but their ribs also get pushed down too so its more like 30% of neck length is fake but the remaining is real
