This guy gave me his height routine that made him grow from 5’10 to 5’11 in a couple of months at 19 years old (He stopped growing at 16).
“Fast whole day till 5pm go gym and do sprints 5x 30 hard before this . Then eat extremely high protein to low carbs . Also get amino acid supps they can get expensive but if u wanna grow get them and test booster supps. Make sure u hit ur micro and macro in the one meal. No snack the rest of the day and before sleeping smash your leg bone with something hard all the way down the tibia and up and put your tibia part of of leg over the bed with 3k ankle weights each side for a hour and a half. Then sleep stretched for the rest of the night on ur back”
