Im 17 and getting my growth plates checked in the next month. If theyre still open, what should i take combined with HGH for the best height growth possible? And how far can i still grow? Im 178cm now, my dad is about 183cm and my mom about 165cm. Am i cooked or can i still grow a lot? And does anybody know how i can get hgh etc. in germany?

Depends on the age of your bones and dosage, but 4 inches in 2 years are doable i think. How tall are your parents?

Idk i guess well see i grew from 173 to 178 from posture only pretty much because my posture was ass my whole life and maybe ill get a tiny growth spurt when i lose more weight

Ja schon aber ich mein halt allgemein so weil für die meisten Mädchen, selbst wenn ich von den nichts will weil ich nicht nach nem Mädchen schau was nur auf sowas schaut, ist halt gefühlt einfach Durchschnitt klein was zwar komplett Gehirnschimmel ist aber kann man nichts machen. Hab aber auch Freunde die 1.60 sind die mtbs-htbs pullen also juckt eig nicht so krass ja

There are guys out there being below 170cm, but all I see are average men complaining about average measurements.

Glaub’s oder nicht, man sieht sofort, wenn jemand sich wegen seiner Größe minderwertig fühlt, und Unsicherheit ist eines der Top-Ko Kriterien bei Frauen.

Klar, im Studium oder Beruf wird’s etwas relevanter, aber deine durchschnittliche Größe (+1-2 cm) wird weder ein Hindernis noch ein großer Vorteil sein.

Bin mittlerweile 179 und hab auch kein Problem mit meiner Größe abee habe in meinem Umfeld halt zum Bsp mehrere Leute die etwas kleiner sind und dafür täglich runtergemacht werden bzw wo das der erste Punkt ist der angegriffen wird und ich mein größer kann man ja immer sein außer du bist schon extrem groß.

I just fixed my posture, like i said it was really bad and i still have a lot of height to be gained but most of it is posture, i did maybe grow a bit as i was still 16 at that time but its mainly from posture

Havent did certain exercises etc for it yet. Didnt really stretch at all. Going to the gym and holding proper form there + thinking about my posture conciously + strengthening my lower back and back in general through the gym was pretty much all i have done yet
