I'm currently an italian turning 16 in 2 months 180cm(5'11) x 86kg(189lbs) guy insecure about the question if I will ever grow anymore or if its over. The things that I'm mostly worried about are my shoe size that is 43 (size 10us) for I think over a year, somewhat a big palm but with short and thin fingers and same height for a little more than a year. But the things that I hate the most is see the people I always called short slowly catch up to me (ex. 162cm guy to 173cm in less than 5 months) and also my dad that likes to joke around the fact that I haven't been growing like I used to and bullying me because I still haven't catched up to him (dad 183/4cm mom 169cm). Yet there are some things I'm still grateful of, for example I've always been pretty more muscular than anybody I've met, same for the height (at 12 I was 159cm and in middle school I was tall enough to heightmog almost everyone). Lately I've been thinking about doing my researches for good and try hopping on but my parents would be very contrary if they found out and also I'm just very ignorant about the topic at the moment. My ideal goal would be to be around 190cm (6'3) but I would really just get past 6 foot because saying im 6'1 also just sounds so much cooler than 6 foot which is used by other 180cm(5'11) men besides me. If anyone can help me out or really even just want to talk about it reply. thanks

If you grow less than 3 inches a year then your likely tapering (slowly stopping growth)
