Ive bought a 3.1 inch height insert and measured all my heights using different height inserts and regular shoes to measure the differnece

THis was my results
Afternoon height barefoot: 5’9.1
With Yeezy and other normal shoes (no lifts): 5’9.8
With red Jordan with 3.1 inch hoe lifts: 5’11.1
With 2.6 height boosting shoes: 5’11.1

so the 3.1 inch shoe lifts end u adding only like 1.3 inches of height jfl ropeful (yes i measured with multiple variables and correctly etc)

i even measured the height boosting sole itself and it was like 3.1 inches long jfl, so its just the compression is so shit. i mean but without hte compression or soft like foam sole you will basically be standing on a rock whichis mad uncofmrotable tho

I’m just saving up for the height increasing shoes since lifts ruin your posture overtime. Miring though

The more height hte insoles give the more it compresses is waht ive noticed

Does it add 1.7 inches without the shoes?

and this is what i wore

DynWalker Lift Insole Boost Inner Sole 2.95 Inch Heel Pads for Shoes Anti-Slip Flexible Soft Cushioned Heel Massage for Uneven Legs Adjustable Size 2 Layer S Green

its 2.95 nvm but still same shit

Okay wait nvm it doesn't add as much as I thought im lowkey retarted. I'm 174-176cm barefoot in the afternoon. with timbs and my lifts im 6'0 on the dot. Timbs add 1.6 inches so that means meant that the lifts add 1.1-1.4 inches

(I say 174-176 since im not sure how tall I actually am. I was last professionally measured at 16 where I was 174cm, and since then I've recently measured myself to be 176cm (im 18 now) which is plausible, however it's also possible that I made a measurement error

yeah i thought so

brutal so the max height you can fruad is realistically 1.1-1.5 inches with lifts

i should start wearing timberlands tho:feelshah:

It's actually THE method bro. The boots themselves add a good amount of height, plus no one suspects that you're height frauding because
A: timberlands have a high top and don't show your ankle sticking out like in low top shoes

B: Timberlands are naturally chunky shoes, so you can do what I do and say "my timbs add like 2 inches bro". I'm 5'9 barefoot, 5'11 relative to everyone else, and 6'0 technically, but I larp as 5'10 barefoot and say that I just look taller bcs of my boots

C: timbs are actually good looking boots and don't look autistic like those elevator shoes that make you look like a try hard

Theoretically you could use lifts plus elevator boots for a total height boost of like 3+ inches but it would be super obvious imo. I may have to try

Getting my hands on some timberlands rn

It’s winter season soon anyways

nah that won’t work because the elevator boots already have like basically built in inserts in them to match with the high top

only way I would see it working if it had like an extremely high top that doesn’t match with the soles

You should cop these. You'd get to 190cm+ easily :lul:

Correct, what u should do is put something very solid between the first and last insole of height, then a sock covering it all up, then u dont get compressed and achieve your desired height more easily and still being comfortable

I feel like that would make it very uncomfortable tho

The compressing factor is kind of a must or else you will be very comfortable
