You may read this and think that hopping on can definitely help you but what’s the chances of most people actually hopping on? I’m 16 and 6’3 and still growing and to be honest I don’t sleep enough hours, decent diet, and every time I speak to someone i haven’t spoken to in a while it’s always “wow you’ve grown even taller.” Yet theres these tiktok guru’s talking about “masi jumping” and stretching in the morning. Its all cope every last bit of just hop on if ur below 5’11 and below mid mtn.✌️❤️(jokes btw do what u want)
