The formula is pretty right for you.
If one parent is tall sometimes people get more genes from them and sometimes also from grandparents but most of the time the formula is pretty accurate. within +- 5cm or 2 inches
Also for your 5'5 (165cm) sister
173-6=167cm or 5'5,5
Your other sister just had more genes from your grandparents probably.
