thats right, that was my height after working an 18 hr shift + workout rounded down. I always claimed my night height.

Im still technically 6’2.8 because thats how my nighttime height and thats when im outside the most.

Hgh is cope study has shown using dosd like 27 iu on littlee kids and they still only grew 1-3 inches over their predicted adult height so not worth it (if you natural hgh or igf-1 ks too low then you can look to increase it either naturally or using secreataguogues who are really cheap and could get you to somewhere with added benefits)
The only thing im sure is not cope is Ai
It help everything frame/height/penis/ramus chin ect…..

Clav hgh is garbage just do slight research your gonna find multiple studies where children used a dose like 0.12 mg/kg which will be something like 11 iu on a 30 kg boy and they grew like 1-3 inches over their prefictef height with the dose increasing as they grew bigger (in everything it can’t be even used for gymcelling there is a study where they used upward of 27 iu no muscle growth funfact they even noticed that their tendons and bones grew who is push harder than muscle if you wanna use hgh either use it as replacement if your deficient then it can actually have height growth effects for that you’ll only need 2 iu you can probably get 2 iu from peptides alone or if you wanna cut it has effect on lypolosis and also metabolism it also help your sleep tremendously your gonna need that if your on tren. or for longevity purposes other than that you don’t need that even the hyperplasia claims are fake asf even insulin have shown hyperplasia effect on humans who didn’t even train at the first place also annecdotaly bodybuilders say that hgh made them weaker but its hard to explain they only use it for water weight in the muscle hgh could add 10lb and to cut fat)
The only thing thats non cope is aromatise inhibitor it has a lot off data showing it works
