when i was younger i was very sleep deprived though and nutrient deprived so i look younger than my peers. I’m also tryna grow taller because I am 180 cm at 17 although my uncle is 205 cm. I do sprint a lot and I wanna know how do I igf-1 signal and or hgh signal or which ever is best after exercise and how long after?
