Height n bones

I just need help with somethings, first of all i am 6'3 my father and me are same height idk why i just cant grow more im turning 18. Also i have good bone growth i just want more, im taking vitamind d3 eating cheese milk, also doing sports idk if that helps bone mass but im fat-muscular, i cant get low bf because i fight in 93kg, so can anyone give me tips for bone mass and testosterone? Thanks

Supplements dont work and wont grow bones.

Eating cheese or milk wont grow your bones.

This guy has 3 times ur bone growth with no sleep no food during development

Yeah he has, but i have good bone mass too but i just want more idk how.

But i seen people getting more bonemass after 19-20 AND I HAVE NO IDEA HOW.

Focus on areas, you actually need improvement in

Just keep working out for thicker bones. Your height is good now and will not be altered much from the genetic blueprint at this point.

Maybe work on your height first. 6’3 is not tall at all by todays standards
