Not everything is “health” related that’s cope,this is simply spinal weight compressing over time diet with change that,only thing you can do is weight as less as possible so you shrink slower

The more height you lose the slower it happens after that because your spine can only compress soo many inches (unless you lose height from scoliosis,realistic will be 180 at 20,178.5 by 30,and then 177 by 40 i over exaggerated

The 1cm could be realistic tbh if you consider the posture.
If i look at my grandparents they dont stand up straight

Nah by 70 that’s different,you lose like 3-5 inches by then,my grandad went from 6”0 to 5”8 at 70 and that’s common by then and it’s nothing to do with posture
