Im a 15yo male (16 in may).
Currently: 5'8 (172cm) with growth plates very open (confirmed by a doctor)
Parents height:
- Dad: 5'9 (175cm)
- Mom: 5 feet (150cm) (I think im fucked bc of her height)
I do swimming 2 times a week (1 hour session 2 km)
Gym 2-3 times a week without spine compressing excercises such as squats or deadlifts.
Good sleep, 7-8 hours; no blue light 1 hour before bed
Good diet, no processed sugars, carbs, only natural organic food and some kosher products (Kosher is way healthier than normal food because of their quality control)
Be brutaly honest, how tall do you think ill be?
I've been thinking about doing leg lenghtening surgery at 19-20yo to get from e.g. 5'10-5'11 (178-180cm) (personal expected height) to 6'2-6'3 (188-190cm) or just 6'2 and fraud 1-2 inches (2.5-5cm) with a pair of Alexander McQueens (+1.5-2in) and medical insoles (+0.5in) that i have to use because of flatfoot .
