i’m 16 turning 17 in 5 months, rn im like 6’0 exactly, i tracked some of my growth pattern from 2022-2024.

at the very bottom i was 13 and 3 months at the top 15 and 5 months, from bottom to top i grew about 8 inches, from the top to now i have grown like maybe an inch. does this mean my growing is probably done?, and would it be worth it to get an x-ray to check growth plates.

also if plates r open what should i get on or do to maximize my height
