i am currently 16 as of the 30th december 2024 it is the 19th of january and i am - 172cm

on the first of january 2024 i was 166cm

on my dads side:

dad 175cm

grandma 170
grandpa 170
aunt 172

on my mums side:

mum 165cm

grandma 157
grandpa 179
uncle 180
uncle 182

my plan is to keep up good sleep and i will cut out processed food and i will gymmaxx
