Height prediction

I am 13, my dad is 5'7, my mom 5'2, my older brother 5'9 and a half, currently I am 5'3, my puberty started like 1,5 years ago and I have peach fuzz, and hair on legs and pubic hair, my voice hasn't changed a lot and I look younger for my age. How can I improve and is it over for me?
