Short answer? No. Not naturally at least.

If you get very lucky you may get to 5'9".

i’m tanner stage 3.3 rn how do i maxximize my height naturally
Maximizing your height naturally comes down to 4 steps:
1. Sleep: 9 hours every day, wake up and go to sleep consistently at the same times every night, avoid blue lights 1 hour before bed, and avoid eating 2–3 hours before you go to sleep
2. Exercise: Bodybuilding style training, mostly compound lifts, and short rest time (60-90 seconds). Do some HIIT or sprints as well, some like Sprint 8.
3. Nutrition: Do 16-8 intermittent fasting, make sure you're getting 20-25% of your calories from protein, 30-50% from carbohydrates and 20-40% from fats. Ideally, go moderate carbohydrate, since insulin (specially close at night, hence avoiding eating close to bed) antagonizes growth hormone. Try to be in a small surplus of 125 to 250 calories. Meet 100% of your micronutrient RDIs.
4. The following supplements could theoretically increase your hormone production, though not by a lot: Argenine, Alpha GPC, GABA, L-Ornithine, Creatine. The last 3 steps are much more important than this.

If you fail at any of these consistently, then just look yourself in the mirror and say "I'm a pussy and I don't deserve to be tall", that usually works.
