may ALSO be pseudoscience BUT you could try bovine colostrum. might sound weird but it's breastmilk, and normally people use human compounds (although i wouldnt recommend) but it's a natural source of IGF-1 which could slightly help you. the studies i looked through surprisingly confirmed this BUT take it with a grain of salt because im still doing the research as the alternative (deer antler velvet) does NOT work. but it's banned by the NCAA as a human growth compound so it's still being extensively studied as a boost to IGF-1, for sure. again, will still look into it because im skeptical about it's benefits

Your mom's siblings are that way because of a combination of BOTH environmental factors (diet, sleep, overall health, as you said) and epigenetic heredity that just so happened to basically shuffle around and create new, unique traits, which allowed them to reach past 6 foot (hence genetic recombination)knowing me, i’d be desperate enough to drink breast milk to ascend

I do as well. And I'm growing, very slowly, but I'm growing. I think I'm up to 5'8" now. Supplements may have helped but that's something I couldnt ultimately determine myself, so I'll just have to wait and see. It's generally been fine though, shoes get me to up to 5'10 (maybe more), I'm ok looking and have never had trouble with attraction/girls, so you'll do great. Stop worrying, you're young

Just keep going then. Don't get lazy, stay focused, build your discipline. There is MUCH more to it then just that but you want to get the fundamentals down first. Just think that this doesn't have to be the way it is, and keep working your ass off until you prove yourself. Don't stop nor look back.
