For question 1. It depends. It depends when you hit puberty and how your nutrition was as a child.

Question 2. No but heres what you can do. First Perfect your cercadian rhythm. Sleep at 11 pm - 7 am/10 pm - 6 am. Watch the sunset and sunrise. Make sure your room is dark, make sure you dont look at screens before bed, and make sure your relaxed.
