I turned 15 about two months ago, i was 5’81/2 on april 1st now im 5’9, im wondering if im going to keep growing mom and dad are 5’3 (mom) dad 5’11, will i be a manlet or surpass 6ft. Also Whats the best foods for maximizing height
 
how the fuck would we know if ur gonna keep growing

It's all about genetics and luck tbh, the food isn't going to help u much. My dad is 5'11 and my mom is 5'7 and I somehow got to 6'3. You will grow taller for sure.

was jus wondering if diets cope for height like calcium and vitamins

Who knows. Probably a bit. Your parents are average height though, so you’ll probably be average height. Get a lot of rest, excercise and eat foods like eggs, leafy greens, milk, yogurt, sweet potatoes, almonds, berries, chicken, quinoa, fish, nuts, grains and legumes.

milk is terrible unless its raw, or am i being misinformed.

Not all genetics. Just mostly genetics. Rest, exercise and eating right are still important for maximizing growth.

Yes. Gymmaxxing is always beneficial.
 
why can't you just get a wrist and knee xray, we can determine if your plates are closed or not.

My waist a 33inch but i weigh like 153lbs so idek if its fat or its just that wide, my clavs are wider

raw milk is horrible, more downsides then upsides i would and i am just gonna get on mk677 for the gh and some other peptides to stay as healthy as possible

Idk pal, everybody is different, I stopped growing when I was 16 so I ended up stuck at 5'10 even though doctors told me I was going to be 6'1 :feelswah:
