What should I add or remove:
I eat good:
Eggs, yogurt, cheese, beef, chicken, milk, salmon, etc
I take:
Ipamorelin- 300mcg or 12 units before bed
Supplements I take:
Morning: probiotics, grape seed extract 800 mg(as an AI), L-arginine 1000mg, boron 10mg, D3 10000iu
Night: Zinc 30mg, magnesium glycinate 240mg
Sleep
I sleep okay sometimes from 10:30pm-6am
I do a lot I need help to know what to add for my food, supplements, and what I should take? I was thinking about taking mk, cjc with or without DAC. What else should I do please
